Does Dekton Arga differ from a quartz or granite worktop?

Yes. A quartz worktop usually contains polymer resins that can yellow under UV exposure, and granite is a porous material that needs regular sealing. Dekton Arga is a mineral-based ultra-compact ceramic worktop that is UV-resistant, non-porous and needs no sealing at any stage of its life.

Can a Dekton Arga worktop be installed outdoors?

Yes. High UV and weather resistance make Dekton one of the best choices on the market for terraces, balconies and outdoor kitchens. The colour does not fade and the surface does not crack in frost or heat.

How is a Dekton Arga worktop cleaned?

A damp cloth and an ordinary household detergent are enough for daily cleaning. No sealing or special cleaners are needed. For stubborn stains such as paint or glue, acetone can be used without damaging the surface.

Is Dekton Arga available in different thicknesses?
