The matte surface sets Danae apart from glossy ceramic worktops: light lands on it softly, and fingerprints do not stand out as readily. The beige shade stays calm when the cabinetry already carries a strong colour.

The 3270 x 1470 mm slab size allows a long worktop without extra joints, and the 8, 12 and 20 mm thicknesses cover both slim and massive edges. Ceramic withstands heat, scratches and UV light. The warranty is 25 years.

How is the price of a Dekton Danae worktop determined?

The price is affected by the worktop area, the chosen thickness, the edge finishing, the cut-outs and any splashback panels. We do not sell worktops off the shelf but make each one to order, so every quote is project-specific. Send a floor plan or kitchen layout to sales@stoneks.com and request a quote.

Does Danae suit a bathroom top?

Yes. Its defined uses are bathrooms, kitchens, wall surfaces and interior window sills, and a matte surface is pleasant in a bathroom because water drops leave less visible marks on it.

How is a matte ceramic surface cleaned?

A damp cloth is enough daily. Greasy marks come off with an all-purpose cleaner, and limescale with a mildly acidic cleaner. The material is not porous, so no sealing is needed.

How do delivery and installation proceed?

We take the dimensions over the finished cabinets on site. Delivery and installation in Finland — 14 working days from drawing approval. The installer also fits the sink and tap to the agreed extent.
