Steel Grey is an Indian plutonic rock whose even grey shade suits modern and industrial kitchens particularly well. As a natural stone, granite is very hard: it withstands heat, scratches, impacts and changes in weather, so the same stone can be used not only as a worktop but also in bathrooms, on windowsills and on wall surfaces. The polished finish deepens the shade and makes the surface easy to wipe. Thicknesses are 20 and 30 mm. Sealing about once a year keeps the granite worktop in the best condition.
