The properties quartz cannot offer
Technical ceramic is fired at such high temperatures that the finished slab no longer reacts to heat, UV light or household acids. This is the practical difference from quartz composite: a hot pot can go straight onto the surface, and an outdoor kitchen keeps its colour summer after summer.

Is ceramic fragile?
The surface is extremely hard, but as a thin slab its edges are more impact-sensitive than thick quartz. Properly installed and supported it lasts for decades — installation is always part of our delivery.
