When your message arrives, a contact person goes through it and gets back to you within 24 hours on working days — usually with clarifying questions: which material you had in mind, what thickness of worktop, what kind of sink and hob. Based on those we make a quote. If the material is still open, we suggest two or three options according to your use and style and send sample pieces.
Once you approve the quote by email, we agree a measurement day. The measurer visits with the laser, and you receive drawings for approval before production. After that the chain is ours: Delivery and installation in Finland — 10 working days from measurement. It is enough to tell us the approximate dimensions of the worktop (length and depth), your material wish or style, the type of sink and hob, and the municipality where it is located. A floor plan or photo of the kitchen speeds things up. We take the exact measurements ourselves with the laser — you do not need to measure to the millimetre. You can choose the edge profile and corner treatment later; see Choose the right worktop.
The quote is valid for the period stated in it, and the final price is confirmed after the measurement and the approval of the drawings. The measurement visit is included in the delivery when the order is placed. For special-order goods we send an advance invoice before production — we tell you about it in the quote in advance, not afterwards.
Yes, and it is worth doing. Stone worktop quotes differ in thickness, edge, cut-outs, transport and installation, so the bottom line alone does not tell you much. Send the quote by email and we go through it line by line and make our own quote for the same package. More: Request a quote.
We measure and install with our own team mainly in the Helsinki region and Southern Finland. For other areas please ask separately — we often combine visits, so even further away can be arranged at a reasonable cost. Tell us the municipality already in your quote request and we give you a schedule straight away.
