What a business customer gets from us
For a business partner the important thing is not one worktop but that a hundred worktops arrive identical, on time and without follow-up calls. That is why we run B2B work differently from consumer sales: we name one contact person who knows your project from start to finish, agree the standard details once and repeat them on the CNC machine in every slab. You receive technical drawings for approval before production, and material samples go to your office or showroom on request.
Because the factory is our own, the schedule is in our own hands. We fit measurements and installations to the phases of the site — one stairwell at a time or the whole project at once, whichever suits you. We price the project as a whole, invoice in agreed instalments and stand by what we promise. We help already at the sketch stage: which material will withstand the use of the space, which thickness and edge to choose, where the joints run. We supply detail drawings and sample pieces.

Pipe renovations and kitchen replacements as complete projects: the same material for the whole building, measurement one apartment at a time, tidy installation whether the resident is present or away.
How the collaboration proceeds
Kick-off meeting and initial data
We go through the scope of the project, material wishes, schedule and standard details. You get a named contact person who is responsible for the project from measurement to the final installation.
Project quote and details
We quote for the whole, not one worktop at a time. We agree thicknesses, edge profiles, sink fixings and joint positions once — they are repeated identically across all sites.
Samples and drawing approval
We supply material samples and technical drawings. Once they are approved by email, production is locked and there are no surprises on site.
Measurement at the pace of the site
We laser-measure the units as soon as the cabinet carcasses are fixed and levelled. The same team comes back to install, so the measurement data is not lost along the way.
Production at our own factory
The slabs are cut and machined on CNC machines in Tallinn. In a series every piece gets the same details; we inspect them before packing.
Delivery, installation and invoicing
Delivery and installation in Finland — 10 working days from measurement. We install on the agreed days, clean up after ourselves and invoice in agreed instalments.

Frequently asked questions
Can we get a price list for standard details?
Yes. For kitchen retailers and furniture manufacturers we prepare a price list with the agreed thicknesses, edge profiles, sink fixing methods and cut-outs already priced. Your salesperson can then calculate the price of the stone worktop for the customer immediately, and we produce it without a separate quotation round. Non-standard details are priced case by case.
Can you deliver a multi-apartment project in phases?
We can, and that is what we usually do. We measure the apartments as the carcasses go in, and the same rule applies to every batch: Delivery and installation in Finland — 10 working days from measurement. We agree the rhythm with the site schedule and keep the same contact person for the whole project, so information does not get lost.
Do you also supply slabs only, without installation?
Yes. For furniture manufacturers and kitchen retailers we deliver slabs ready-machined on CNC to your factory or directly to the site. Note, however, that the Stoneks warranty covers measurement, transport and installation only when we carry them out — with a slab-only delivery, responsibility for the installation lies with the recipient.
How does invoicing work on projects?
We price the project as a whole and invoice in agreed instalments, for example per stairwell or per delivery batch. For special-order goods we send an advance invoice before production. All amounts, instalments and payment terms are written into the quote before we start, so you have full visibility of the costs.
Can our customers use the household deduction?
If the end customer is a private individual and the installation is done in their home, the labour share of the installation may qualify for the kotitalousvähennys (household deduction). We itemise the labour share on the invoice for that purpose. The conditions of the deduction should always be checked at vero.fi; more on the subject in our article at our blog.
