Should problems arise due to errors on our part during measurement, installation or transport, we will of course solve it free of charge for you.
The following requirements must be met for our warranty to apply:
- Our staff must have carried out measurement, transport and installation.
- The customer must only have used the stone disc for the purpose for which it is intended to be used. Damage caused by mechanical, chemical, heat or other causes as a result of incorrect use is NOT covered by the warranty.
- The stone surface must be properly cared for with regular cleaning, and polishing with specified intervals and means.
