What we handle in a kitchen renovation
We have been making stone worktops for more than twenty years, and at some point we noticed that the customer's biggest problem is not the worktop but everything around it: who removes the old one, who moves the water point, who connects the hob and who is responsible if the schedule slips. That is why we offer the kitchen renovation as a whole. We manage the project, arrange the demolition, bring in the plumbing and electrical work through our certified partners and install the appliances. The stone worktop comes from our own factory in Tallinn. Delivery and installation in Finland — 14 working days from drawing approval.
We work both directly for the end customer and as a subcontractor for kitchen retailers and construction companies. Our service area is the Helsinki region and Southern Finland. You can buy the cabinets wherever you like — we fit the worktop and the work around them. If you would like us to look at the whole already at the design stage, get in touch before ordering the cabinets: then the sink, tap and hob are chosen so that they fit the worktop without compromises.

Kitchens in several apartments at the same time or in stages. Standardised solutions, the same team and a schedule that holds — residents know in advance when their turn is.
Business and construction company

How the renovation proceeds
Survey visit
We visit on site, look at the current kitchen, water points, electrics and the condition of the walls. We listen to what you want to change and what can stay.
Quote and schedule
You receive a written quote in which the work is itemised: demolition, plumbing, electrics, worktop, installation. At the same time we suggest a schedule in phases. Approval by email is enough.
Demolition and services
The old kitchen is demolished and taken away. Our certified partners move the water points and electrics according to the new layout — everything is documented in your apartment's records.
Cabinets and measurement
Once the carcasses are fixed and levelled, our measurer laser-scans the worktop. The sink, tap and hob are known at this stage so that the cut-outs land in the right place.
Worktop manufacture and installation
The slab is machined on CNC at our factory and installed within 14 working days of measurement. The same team that measured brings the worktop into place and seals the joints.
Appliances and handover
We connect the appliances, check the water connections and clean up after ourselves. We go through the end result with you and give you the care instructions for the stone worktop.

Worktop from our own factory
The stone worktop is not subcontracted but our core expertise. More than 100 stone materials in stock, brands such as Silestone, Dekton and Caesarstone, CNC precision.
A schedule that holds
Because the worktop is made in our own production, we do not wait for a supplier. The phases are locked in advance and we tell you immediately if something changes.
Certified partners
The plumbing and electrical work is done by partners we have worked with for a long time. The work is documented and complies with Finnish regulations.
Household deduction
We itemise the labour share on the invoice, so you can claim the kotitalousvähennys (household deduction) for the installation and renovation work in OmaVero. Check the current conditions at vero.fi.
Tidy finish
We protect the floors and access routes, take the demolition waste away and clean up at the end. The kitchen is ready for use when we leave.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy the cabinets myself and order only the work from you?
Yes. Many of our customers buy the carcasses and doors from a kitchen retailer or a furniture chain and order the demolition, services, worktop and installation from us. Tell us the cabinet supplier and delivery time and we fit our own schedule accordingly. We can also do the cabinet installation ourselves if the supplier does not offer it.
How long is the kitchen out of use?
Typically one to two weeks pass from demolition to cabinet installation, after which the worktop is measured and installed within 14 working days. In the interim the kitchen works with a temporary worktop and water point if you wish — we agree that at the survey visit. We give the schedule phase by phase already in the quote.
Who is responsible for the quality of the plumbing and electrical work?
The work is done by our certified partners and is documented appropriately. We manage the project and are your contact person for these questions too — you do not have to find the tradespeople or check qualifications yourself. We tell you the partners along with the quote.
Do you do renovations outside the Helsinki region?
The complete kitchen renovation service is currently available in the Helsinki region and Southern Finland. Measurement, delivery and installation of the stone worktop alone is possible over a wider area — ask for a quote for your address and we will see how to arrange it. Can a housing company order several kitchens at once?
Yes, and it is often the most efficient way. We agree the standard models, the staggering of the schedule and the contact person with the housing company, after which the residents can choose their own materials from the agreed range. Series production on CNC keeps the dimensions and quality consistent from one apartment to the next.
